Registration, Fees, and Refund Policies

You can now register on-line for the 2008 Green Mountain Suzuki Institute.

We cannot take your deposit on-line, however, so you will still need to mail a check for $75 after submitting your on-line registration information. Note that you may send a check for the full amount of your tuition at this time instead of a deposit.

This year registration will be on-line only.

Registration information for all students choosing the chamber music elective must be sent via the web or postmarked by April 15, 2008. All other registrations must be sent or postmarked by May 1st, 2008. Registrations sent or postmarked after that date will be subject to a $50 late fee. A $75 deposit is required with each application. If you are ordering extra t-shirts, payment for these must be included. (See registration form.)

The payment balance is due June 1, 2008. After June 15, all fees are non-refundable, unless withdrawal is due to illness of the registered student. Doctor's confirmation is required.

PLEASE NOTE: we have an enrollment limit for each of our instruments. This is the maximum number of students our facilities can accommodate comfortably and ensures the intimate feel of our program. In 2006 and 2007, we filled up well in advance of the May 1st registration deadline. Please bear this in mind as you make your plans for summer 2008.

You will receive an acknowledgement of registration via email. Final bills will be send via email by May 15, 2008. Final payment is due June 1, 2008. We will do our best to mail out chamber music by May 1st. Orchestra music and piano duets will be mailed by June 1. Please call or email with any questions. We look forward to seeing you this summer!
